Strength

"I have the strength for everything through him who empowers me. - Philippians 4:13"

Dear God, I praise and thank You for Your faithful love.

In Psalm 27, You reveal that You are my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?
You alone O Lord, are my refuge; of whom shall I be afraid?
O Father of mercies, please give me Your courage and strength today
to overcome every challenge I face and to complete every task I undertake.

Help me bear with the faults of others, as well as my own.
Defend me from the spirits of sadness, depression, fear, and discouragement.
Give me a cheerful heart and a gracious spirit.

In Jesus' name I pray.
Amen.
